Upstairs in our Secret Room, Luca is hosting a Sangiovese Masterclass. Focusing on what could only be termed central Italy’s most proliferate grape is no mean feat. But then Luca is more than capable of handling that task. For Sangiovese derives its name from ‘Blood of Jupiter’, and if anyone knows how to speak of the wine of the Gods, then it is Luca.
