A handful of honest ingredients, flavours that tell stories. Our kitchen is guided by what’s in season and what brings us joy—a changing table every day, always true to our roots. Pascal cooks like we would at home: by instinct, and with a dash of mischief. The baccalà is as it should be, the pasta perfectly "al dente", the focaccia soft enough to pull apart with your hands. It’s a slice of Italy right here in London, where memories meet appetite.
