He made a name for himself as head chef at Rochelle Canteen and Beagle in Hoxton, where his ingredient-led, seasonally driven cooking earned widespread acclaim. Now at the helm of The Kinneuchar Inn in Fife, he continues to champion bold, honest flavors that highlight the best of local produce.
