We’re thrilled to host Mitch Tonks, celebrated chef, restaurateur, and seafood sustainability pioneer, for a one-night-only Guest Chef Dinner at Passione Vino. Founder of the acclaimed Rockfish and The Seahorse restaurants, Mitch is one of the UK’s most influential voices in seafood, known for his uncompromising approach to freshness, sustainability, and coastal flavour.

For this special evening, Mitch will craft a menu inspired by the day’s freshest British catch—simply prepared, responsibly sourced, and full of maritime soul. From raw and cured starters to rustic, fire-touched mains, each dish will celebrate Mitch’s signature style: honest, ingredient-led, and deeply connected to the sea.

Luca Dusi, Passione Vino’s founder and resident wine magician, will be selecting wines to pair with each course—shining a Mediterranean light on Mitch’s coastal cooking. Expect bright whites, textured skin contacts, and perhaps a few surprises from Luca’s cellar.

Set in the intimate upstairs Private Room, this dinner promises a rare chance to experience one of Britain’s most passionate seafood chefs up close, with wines that sing in harmony.
